摘　　要：本文概述了图书馆联盟资源共享与绩效评估之间的关系,认为资源共享是图书馆联盟绩效评估体系建立的基础与前提,绩效评估则是资源共享的重要手段和持续发展的动力;提出了加强资源共享和绩效评估互动关系研究,促使图书馆联盟可持续发展的途径。Overview of the relations between resources sharing and performance evaluation on library alliance,the paper thinks that resources sharing is the foundation and precondition to build the system of performance evaluation of library alliance,and the performance measurement is an important means and the driving force for sustainable development in resources sharing.It puts forward to strengthen study on the interaction about resources sharing and performance measurement,and then proposes the way of sustainable development of library alliance.
