摘　　要：本文根据我国高校图书馆学科化服务发展现状,分析了学科化服务的薄弱环节,阐述了建立服务团队、提高服务能力、构建服务体系、制定考核机制、调整资源配置、建设资源库等措施,并提出了学科化服务平台的构建方案。Based on the development status of subject service in university libraries,this paper analyses the weakness of subject service,expounds the measures to subject service by establishing service team,improving service ability,constructing service system,making assessment mechanism,adjusting resource allocation,constructing subject resources database and so on.At the same time,this paper proposes a scheme of structure for the subject service in university library.
