摘 要:探讨精梳过程中棉结增加程度及棉结排除效果的评价方法。利用测试仪器得到精梳小卷、精梳条、精梳落棉中的棉结数量信息,根据精梳机的落棉率分析建立了精梳过程中棉结增长率及棉结排除率的数学模型,找出相互间的内在联系并作出评价。将此种方法在两种不同精梳机上进行了实际应用,结果表明:精梳机的棉结增长率在1%~2%,棉结排除率在65%~72%。指出:此种方法也可应用于开清棉及梳棉工序棉结增加及棉结排除效果的评价。Neps increase degree and neps elimination effect in combing was discussed. Neps information in combed lap,combed sliver and combed noil were tested by tester. Mathematical model of neps increase rate and neps elimination rate in combing process were analyzed and established according to comber waste percentage. The internal relations were found out and evaluated. The method was practiced in two different combers. The results shows that neps increase rate of comber is 1% to 2% ,neps elimination rate is 65% to 72%. It is pointed out that the method can be used to evaluate neps increase rate and neps elimination rate in opening and cleaning process as well as carding process.
