摘　　要：探讨控制纺纱质量的途径与措施。分析论述了纺纱质量控制的意义、特点及主要内容,认为通过控制短绒含量、正确配置细纱加压与牵伸形式、选用高性能胶辊胶圈、改善条干、降低纱疵等技术与管理措施,能够收到较好的纺纱质量控制效果。指出:纺纱质量控制是一项系统工程,应技术与管理并重,树立纵横贯通的控制理念,以前纺为基础,细纱为重点,全面做好各项工作,方能达到更好的控制效果。Methods and measures of control spinning quality were discussed. Meaning,feature and main content of controlling spinning quality were analyzed. It is considered that control effect of spinning can be better through controlling short fiber content,setting spinning pressure and draft types correctly, selecting high-performance rubber-covered roll and apron,improving evenness, reducing yarn defect etc technology and management measures. It is pointed out that spinning quality is a system project,control effect can be better through establishing the concept of overall control,taking before spinning as base, spinning as the key process, doing each work well.
