摘　　要：探讨精梳准备工序黏卷问题的解决措施。分析了两种精梳准备工艺流程中棉卷黏卷的影响因素,通过合理配置并合根数和牵伸倍数,正确调节棉卷加压、小卷定量及罗拉隔距,保持通道光滑,控制原料含糖量,加强操作管理,严格控制温湿度等工艺技术与管理措施,较好地解决了黏卷问题。Measures of solving licking in different comb preparation processing were discussed. Licking causes in two kinds of combing preparation process were analyzed. Through reasonably disposing doubling numbers and draft multiples,exactly adjusting lap pressure and combing lap weight per unit ＆ roller gauge,keeping channel smoothly,controlling material sugar content,strengthening operational management, strictly controlling temperature ＆ humidity and other process ＆ management measures,finally the licking problems can he solved better.
