摘　　要：探讨精梳机锯齿整体锡林的纺纱性能。分析了国产JZX-4TC型与瑞士GRAF-5014型锯齿整体锡林的技术参数与结构特点,对两种锡林进行了纺纱质量对比试验。结果表明:两种精梳锡林纺出纱线的质量均能达到乌斯特2007公报5%～25%水平,满足高档精梳纱质量要求。在精梳条棉结、短绒清除率、成纱质量方面J,ZX-4TC型优于GRAF-5014型,能够适应新型精梳机高速、高产的需求,是替代进口整体锡林的较好选择。Spinning property tests of combing tooth integrated cylinder were discussed. Technology parameters and construction features of JZX-4TC cylinder made in China ＆ GRAF-5014 cylinder made in Switzerland were analyzed, the comparison of two kinds of cylinder spinning quality was tested. The result shows that yarn qualities spun by two kinds of combing cylinder both can reach the 5% ~ 25% level of 2007 Uster statistics and satisfy the high grade combed yarn quality requirements. Qualities of combed sliver neps, short fiber elimination rate and yarn spun by JZX-4TC cylinder property are better than that of GRAF-5014 cylinder. GRAF-5014 cylinder can suit new type comber high speed and high output requirements, can replace imported integrated cylinder.
