可染丙纶天然彩棉交织物的生产实践

摘　　要：探讨可染丙纶纯纺色纱与天然棕棉纯纺纱交织服用织物的开发及生产过程。通过对可染丙纶纱进行筒子染色,优选染料配方;织前准备优选浆料配方,提高浆纱质量;织造工序合理确定经位置线和引纬工艺,最终生产出的织物兼具两种纤维的优良特性,织机效率达到91%以上,坯布下机一等品率达到83%以上。Development and production process of pure dyeable polypropylene colored yarn ＆ pure natural brown cotton yarn mixture fabric were discussed. Dyeable polypropylene cheese were dyed and dyes instruction were optimized, sizing instruction was optimized and size quality was improved in sizing process, warp shed line and filling insertion pro- eessing in weaving process were reasonably set, finally two kinds of fibers advantages is combined in produced fal3rie, loom efficiency can reach over 91% ,the first grade percentage before cloth repairing can reach over 83%.
