摘 要:硫酸法生产钛白过程中,水解是关键核心技术。为了得到良好的水解粒子、水解收率,针对钛白生产过程中钛白水解的晶种粒子构成及水解控制方式对水解粒子、水解收率的影响进行了跟踪、调试和总结,找到了常压水解得到良好水解粒子、高的水解收率的合适工艺控制条件,即控制晶种配制时晶种雏晶粒度大小为2~3 nm,酸过量20%~25%,水解时二氧化钛的质量浓度为160~190 g/L,水解温度为112~114℃,搅拌强度预热时搅拌转速为30~40 r/min、诱导期前后为15~20 r/min、诱导期为8~15 r/min。Hydrolysis is the key core technology in production of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid method.In order to get good hydrolysis particles and hydrolysis yield,tracking,commissioning,and summarizing were made on the influences of composition of crystal seed and hydrolysis control methods on hydrolysis particles and hydrolysis yield in hydrolysis process of titanium dioxide.Suitable technology control conditions for fine hydrolysis particles and high hydrolysis yield were found,i.e.control the size of young crystal seed at 2~3 nm during the seed preparation,excessive acidity at 20%~25%,mass concentration of TiO2 at 160~190 g/L while hydrolysis,hydrolysis temperature at 112~114 ℃,stirring speed at 30~40 r/min while stirring intensity warm-up,at 15~20 r/min before and after the induction period,and at 8~15 r/min in induction period.
