摘  要:磷含量对镍磷合金的物理化学性质影响很大,快速、准确地测定镍磷合金中的磷含量,对监测、控制合金的质量有重要作用。首先按适当工艺规范制备镍磷合金(镀层),然后分别采用EDTA滴定镍间接换算法、磷钼钒黄分光光度法、磷钼酸铵容量法测定合金中的磷含量,并与采用标准方法测定的结果进行对比,从测定结果的准确性、测定数据的精密性、测定方法的简便性3方面考察每种方法的优劣;结果表明:EDTA滴定镍间接换算法具有简便、快捷、准确、精密的优点,值得在生产过程和实验研究中推广应用。As phosphorus content greatly influences physico-chemical properties of nickel phosphorus alloy,fast and accurately determinating phosphorus content in Ni-P alloy,is very important for monitoring and controlling the quality of alloy.Ni-P alloy(coating) according to the suitable craft standard was prepared at first,then EDTA titrating nickel indirect conversion method,phosphorus molybdenum vanadium yellow spectrophotometric method,and ammonium phosphomolybdate volumetric method were used to determine phosphorus content in the alloy respectively,finally,the contrast with the result by the standard determination method was carried on.Good and bad points of each method were investigated from result accuracy,data precision and simplicity three aspects.Results indicated EDTA titrating nickel indirect conversion method was more simple,rapid,accurate,and precise,and was worth to promote the application in production process and experimental study.
