蛞蝓冻干粉对慢性支气管炎的改善作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究蛞蝓冻干粉对慢性支气管炎的改善作用。方法:运用二氧化硫(SO2)刺激法复制小鼠慢性支气管炎模型,观察蛞蝓冻干粉的止咳作用;采用气管段酚红法观察蛞蝓冻干粉的祛痰作用;运用气管内注入脂多糖(PLS)法复制大鼠慢性支气管炎模型,采用喷雾致喘法观察蛞蝓冻干粉的平喘作用;取气管及肺组织,观察大体标本的情况,然后切片并行HE染色,观察蛞蝓冻干粉对慢性支气管炎模型大鼠肺部炎症病理改变的影响。结果:高、中剂量蛞蝓冻干粉能显著延长慢性支气管炎小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数(P<0.05);使小鼠的气管段酚红排泄量显著增加(P<0.05);能显著延长慢性支气管炎大鼠的引喘潜伏期(P<0.05);使大鼠气道内分泌物减少,气管上皮层基本完整,气管壁和腺体层变薄,黏膜下炎性细胞浸润减轻,支气管外周淋巴滤泡小。结论:蛞蝓冻干粉能显著减轻慢性支气管炎的咳、痰、喘症状,改善炎症病理损害,对慢性支气管炎有较好的治疗作用。OBJECTIVE：To study the improvement effect of Limax lyophilized powder on chronic bronchitis.METHODS：The stimulation of sulfur dioxide（SO2） was adopted to make the mice models of chronic bronchitis to evaluate the cough-relieving effect of Limax lyophilized powder.Meanwhile,the expectorant effect of Limax lyophilized powder was observed by comparing the excretion quantity of phenolphthalein in mice＇s trachea.Chronic bronchitis rat model was established by intratracheal injection of lipopolysaccharide（LPS） to investigate the asthma-relieving effect of Limax lyophilized powder by spray inducing asthma method.The influence of Limax lyophilized powder on the inflammatory pathological changes in rats with chronic bronchitis was observed.RESULTS：The cough incubation period was extended obviously and the frequency of cough in the chronic bronchitis model was decreased in Limax lyophilized powder groups at moderate-dose and high-dose（P0.05）.Additionally the excretion quantity of phenolphthalein in mice＇s trachea increased significantly（P0.05）,and the incubation period of asthma caused by histamine-acetylcholine was extended in rats with chronic bronchitis（P0.05）.The endotracheal endocrine was decreased and the tracheal epithelial layer was basically complete.Moreover,the tracheal wall and glandular layer were thicker,the submucosal inflammatory infiltration was abated and the bronchial periphery folliculi lymphaticus became smaller.CONCLUSION：Limax lyophilized powder could abate cough,sputum and asthma which were caused by chronic bronchitis and improve the inflammatory pathological damages.It is effective for chronic bronchitis.
