摘  要:目的:研究成团泛菌脂多糖(pantoea agglomerans lipopolysaccharide,LPSp)对两种狂犬病疫苗产生抗体的影响,了解LPSp作为狂犬病疫苗佐剂的可行性。方法:将Balb/c小鼠随机分为空白对照组、LPSp对照组、纯蛋白疫苗组、铝佐剂疫苗组、LPSp+纯蛋白疫苗组、LPSp+铝佐剂疫苗组6组,背部皮下免疫4次。免疫后第7、14、21、30、45、60天分别经小鼠眼内眦静脉采血,ELISA法检测血清抗狂犬病毒IgG滴度。结果:免疫4次后,LPSp能明显增强纯蛋白疫苗产生抗体的能力(P<0.05);对铝佐剂疫苗免疫效果影响不大(P>0.05)。结论:LPSp对纯蛋白疫苗免疫小鼠产生抗体具有较强促进作用,对铝佐剂疫苗产生抗体无明显促进作用。Objective To investigate the effects of pantoea agglomerans lipopolysaccharide (LPSp) on the immune effects of two kinds of commonly used rabies vaccine. And to explore the feasibility of LPSp used as adjuvant to these two kinds of rabies vaccine. Methods Subcutaneous immunization for 4 times through the back skin were applied to Balb/c mice, which were randomly divided into 6 groups : the blank control group, LPSp control group, pure protein of vaccine group, vaccine adjuvant aluminum group, LPSp + pure protein of vaccine group, and LPSp + aluminum adjuvant vaccine group. The IgG antibody titers in angular vein blood were detected by ELISA 7, 14, 21, 30, 45, and 60 days after immunization. Results The antibody-producing capacity of rabies vaccine was significantly enhanced by LPSp after 4 times of immunization (P 〈 0.05); and no statistical influence on aluminum adjuvant rabies vaccine was observed (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion LPSp plays a strong catalytic role as adjuvant to pure protein of rabies vaccine, and shows no significant function on aluminum adjuvant rabies vaccine.
