摘　　要：针对典型煤化工企业危险化学品泄漏事故,以积极应对有毒有害物质进入水环境作为出发点,提出了一套应急处理系统,通过对事故废水进行收集、导流、储存和处理,将事故对自然水体的危害降到最低。该应急处理系统主要包括缓冲系统、导流系统和处理系统三大部分,介绍了每个系统的功能和所包含的主要构筑物的设置方法,以供参考。Aimed at the dangerous chemicals leaking accidents in the typical coal chemical industry, in order to positively prevent toxic and harmful substances from entering the water environment, an emergency response system to collect, divert, store and treat the wastewater from the accident is brought forward to minimize the accident damage to natural water bodies. The system includes buffering system, diversion system and treatment system. The main functions of each system and the configuration of the main structures are introduced for reference.
