台湾地区科技创新的“制度陷阱”

摘　　要：本文从金融体系、股票市场相关规定、创新活动的劳动分工、税收激励机制、风险资本家的行为取向、政府机构设置等方面,分析了台湾地区技术创新体系在推动自主创新方面所存在的缺陷,旨在为包括中国大陆在内的第三代追赶经济体构建更为有效的技术创新体系,提供可供参考的思路。With an aim to provide references how to build more effective technological innovation system for the third generation of catching-up economies including China,the paper firstly introduces the relationship between technological catching-up and innovation system;then analyses the institutional defection of innovation system in Taiwan Region from the aspects of financial system,stock market,division of labor in innovation activities,tax incentive system,behavioral tendency of venture capitalists and establishment of government organization.
