摘　　要：在创新体系研究视角下,整合国家创新体系理论,同时考虑国家制度与全球技术演化对开发区发展的影响。强调过程的历史数据研究,通过分析开发区企业与制度环境互动及路径依赖的演化轨迹,呈现创新体系中复杂网络的互动关系。In this paper which follows the system of innovation literature,develop a conceptual framework centered on the co-evolution of institutions and industrial park to analyze the development of industrial park evolution.In terms of theoretical development,the paper studies this integrated impact on industrial park.The methodology used is that of orientational qualitative inquiry.
