摘　　要：金融危机对传统的金融理念形成了冲击,危机后美国金融监管当局对金融监管体制进行了系统反思并进行了积极调整,国会通过了新的金融监管改革法案。本文分析了近百年来美国金融发展的历史进程,同时回顾了我国改革开放30年金融业的演变,阐述了关于金融分业混业、金融机构功能异化、投资者保护等有关金融发展的内在逻辑,对有关金融发展的几个核心问题进行了深入思考,对我国金融发展前景进行了展望。This paper is a theoretical review of financial development and regulatory reform of the past 100 years, on the basis of the post financial crisis since 2007. We mainly focus on the financial modes, how to protect investors＇ interests , proposals sugestted by major financial regulatory authorities. And then we also suggest several proposals on the innovation in China.
