摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法分析地表水中的苯胺和联苯胺,用二氯甲烷作为萃取剂,萃取剂经浓缩后转换为甲醇定容,采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18对二者分离,以甲醇-水作为流动相,在254nm处检测,苯胺的加标回收率为69.6~75.2%,检出限为0.3μg/L,联苯胺的加标回收率为66.0~70.3%,检出限为0.002μg/L,结果令人满意。The HPLC can be used for the analysis of aniline and benzidine in surface water,with dichloromethane as the extraction solvent.Extraction solvent was concentrated and converted into quantitative methanol,then we chose ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 as column chromatography to separate them,and methanol/water mixture as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 254nm,and the recovery of aniline was 69.6%- 75.2%,with the detection limit 0.3 μg/L;while the recovery of benzidine was 66.0%-70.3%,with the detection limit 0.002μ g/L.The result is satisfied.
