摘 要:研究了发电机转子绕组匝间短路时,短路故障特征依次由定子绕组、励磁绕组、励磁机电枢绕组到励磁机励磁绕组的传播规律。理论分析和仿真结果表明:当发电机转子绕组发生匝间短路故障时,励磁机励磁绕组上产生频率为nrM/60倍频的感应电流。从而提出了一种基于励磁机励磁电流的发电机转子绕组匝间短路故障诊断的新方法,克服了一般诊断方式需要安装侵入式传感器的不足。最后运用故障模拟发电机组进行了动模试验,试验结果验证了理论分析的正确性和故障诊断方法的有效性。The fault characteristics transfer law of interturn short circuit in synchronous generator rotor winding from stator winding,f ield winding,and exciter armature winding successively to exciter field winding is studied.Theoretical analysis and calculation results indicate that the induced current with frequency multiplication of nrM/60 is produced in exciter field winding when interturn short circuit fault occurs in rotor winding.S ubsequently,a novel fault diagnosis method of interturn short circuit in generator rotor winding based on field current of exciter is presented,which overcomes the deficiency of needing to install invaded sensors.Finally,utilizing fault simulation generator,t he dynamic simulation tests are conducted.The validity of theoretical analysis and effectiveness of fault diagnosis method are verified by experimental results.
