摘  要:采用双PWM变换器设计了一种能馈型交流电子负载,前级PWM变换器实现负载特性模拟功能,设计了单电流滞环控制系统,可以使电子负载对交流电源呈现的阻抗为设定值;后级PWM变换器实现能量回馈功能,设计了并网逆变器的电压、电流双闭环控制系统,其中外环为直流电压控制,控制并网逆变器直流输入端电压稳定,内环为并网电流控制,控制并网逆变器的输出电流与电网电压同频同相,实现单位功率因数逆变。实验结果表明,所设计的单电流环控制系统和电压、电流双闭环控制方法是有效的,输入端能准确地模拟设定阻抗值且实验能量以单位功率因数回馈电网。An AC electronic load with energy feedback function based on dual PWM converters is designed.The first stage PWM converter realizes load characteristic simulation function.The single hysteresis current control (HCC) method is designed,which can simulate the specified impedance of electronic load representing to AC sources.The second stage PWM converter achieves energy feedback function.The voltage and current double closed-loop control for the proposed grid-connected inverter are also designed.The outer loop is DC voltage control,which can control DC input voltage of grid-connected inverter to be stable.The inner loop is grid-connected current control,which can make grid-connected inverter's output current have the same frequency and phase angle with grid voltage,so the unity power factor inverter can be realized.The experimental results show that the designed single HCC control strategy and voltage and current double closed-loop control method are effective,the input port of electronic load can accurately simulate the specified impedance and the testing energy can be fed back with unit power factor.
