摘　　要：目的:探讨中晚期子宫颈癌同步放化疗致重度骨髓抑制的护理方法。方法:对33例中晚期子宫颈癌同步放化疗致重度骨髓抑制患者给予心理护理、保护性隔离、预防感染及出血、饮食指导及健康宣教等护理措施,按医嘱积极对症治疗。结果:通过实施综合护理,32例患者顺利完成治疗,1例患者因出现严重肺部感染转科治疗。结论:对子宫颈癌同步放化疗致重度骨髓抑制的患者,及时采取综合护理措施,能够使患者安全、平稳地度过骨髓抑制的危险阶段,保证治疗的顺利进行。Objective： To investigate the nursing methods for advanced cervical cancer patients with severe myelosuppression caused by concurrent radio-chemotherapy. Methods： We conducted mental nursing, protective isolation, prevention of infection and hemorrhage,as well as food-intake and health education on 33 patients with severe myelosuppression. We also gave active symptomatic treat- ment to them according to medical orders. Results： 32 patients finished the treatment successfully under integrative musing. Only one was transfered to another department due to severe lung infection. Conclusion： By carrying out integrative nursing measures ,we can help patients go through the risky period of severe myelosuppression securely and placidly and insure the medical treatment go smoothly.
