摘  要:目的:探讨柔毛淫羊藿对骨质疏松小鼠骨密度、破骨细胞和IL-6的作用。方法:采用切除雌性小鼠双侧卵巢复制骨质疏松整体动物模型,按小鼠体重随机分对照组(蒸馏水10 ml/kg)、模型组(蒸馏水10 ml/kg)、DES组(2 mg/kg)、EPM高剂量组(200 mg/kg)、EPM中剂量组(100 mg/kg)、EPM低剂量组(50 mg/kg),每组14只。无钙饲料喂养,自然饮水。分别按各组相应药物相应剂量灌胃给药,60 d后测小鼠骨密度、破骨细胞数和IL-6含量。结果:模型组动物呈现明显的骨质疏松表现;给药组动物骨密度增加、破骨细胞数和IL-6表达明显降低,且有统计学意义。结论:柔毛淫羊藿能够增加去卵巢骨质疏松症小鼠的骨密度、降低破骨细胞数和IL-6的表达。Objective:To explore the effect of EPM on osteoporosis in ovariectomized mouse.Methods:An ovariectomized mouse model was established.These mice were divided into six groups:control group,model group,diethylstilbestrol positive control group,high dose of EPM group,middle dose of EPM group and low dose of EPM group.Each group of 14.60 days after,bone density,the osteoclast and IL-6 of the bone tissue was measured.Results:The model group animals had the obvious performance of osteoporosis;bone density increased,the osteoclast number and IL-6 were decreasing obviously.Conclusion:EPM can increase the density.EPM has an apparent role of anti-osteoporosis in ovariectomized mice.And its mechanism may be related to the reducing of the osteoclast number and the level of IL-6.
