摘　　要：目的:建立小儿智力糖浆中细叶远志皂苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定。色谱柱:E2111646Z C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(70∶30),流速:1.0 ml/min,检测波长:210 nm,理论板数按细叶远志皂苷峰计算不应低于3 000。结果:细叶远志皂苷在30.4～608μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率为99.20%,RSD=0.95%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便,结果准确,重现性好,可作为小儿智力糖浆质量控制方法。Objective：To establish a method for determination of the tenuifolin in the children intelligence syrup by HPLC.Methods：E2111646Z C18 column（4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm） was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid solution（70∶30,V/V）,flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and the detective wavelength was 210 nm,theoretical tower number calculated by tenuifloin peak should not under the level of 3 000.Results：There were good straightness performance when the concentration of tenuifolin between 30.4 to 608 μg/ml.The average recovery of tenuifolin was 99.20% and the RSD was 0.95%（n=5）.Conclusion：This method is simple and convenient.The accurate result and reappearing feature will be regarded as the quality control method of children intelligence syrup.
