摘　　要：对目前车辆监控系统中定位信息传输方式进行了研究，分析了采用OSM传输车辆定位信息的优点，选择了适合车辆监控要求的GSM业务方式，提出了一种基于GSM技术的车辆监控系统组网方案，讨论了系统实际应用中遇到的问题和相应的解决方法。The location information transmitted method of Automatic Vehicle Location System (AVLS) is studied, the advantage of GSM using in AVLS is analyzed, and the service modes of GSM adapted to AVLS is selected. A project of AVLS based on GSM is put forward, the questions met in application use of this project and the corresponding settled methods are discussed.'
