摘  要:用打破碗花花(Anemone hupehensis L.)植株根粉的6种溶剂提取物,对6种农业害虫生物测定的结果初步说明:6种溶剂的提取物对3种蚜虫和棉叶螨均有较强的触杀作用,甲醇提取物对菜青虫和棉红铃虫的忌避、拒食有良好效果;乙醚提取物对菜青虫的生长发育抑制作用明显。用试管法和纸片法对根粉和茎叶粉进行化学成分预(?),结果显示:根粉和茎叶粉中都含有三萜皂甙类、黄酮类、香豆素类、酚类和有机酸类等生理活性物质。Six extracts of the root powder of Anemone hupehensis have been bioassayed against 6 species agricultural pest insects. The results indicated that 6 extracts had significant contact action to 3 species aphids and two-spotted spider mite, methanol extract had strong repellent and antifeedant activity against the larva of cabbageworm and pink bollworm, and ether extract inhibited the growing development of the larva of cabbageworm. The results of the analysis for the root, stem and leaf powder of Anemone hupeheasis by means of tube-test and paper disc-test showed that the root, stem and leaf powder contained triterpenoid saponins, flavones, coumarins, phenols and organic acids.
