摘  要:油菜叶肉细胞在培养条件下进行脱分化而变为具有分裂能力的细胞。在此过程中,细胞质大量增多,不断形成各种突起并伸向中央液泡内,致使中央液泡形状变得很不规则,而且体积越来越小,最后被分割为很多大小不等的小液泡,不均匀地分布在细胞质中。这些小液泡的膜较稳定,很少发生内陷,液泡中也很少有颗粒状,纤维状和膜状物质,但在某些小液泡中,有时有一种电子密度很高的物质。这些小液泡主要来自原来的中央大液泡,也可能有少数起源于内质网及高尔基体。Rape mesophyll cells can be de-differentiated to non-differenti ated cells with divisibility on suitable callus culture medium. Due to cytoplasm rapid increase, their vacuole membranes often occure endocytosis and form some cytoplasm protruberances extending to central vacuoles. Therefore, the central vacuoles continuously become small in size, finally, they completely disappear. Thereafter, many small vacuoles occure in the cytoplasm. These small vacuoles differe from the central vacuoles, their membranes are very stable, endocytosis phenomenon is rare, there not are large quantity of granularshaped, fibrillar-shaped and membrane-shaped material in them, but sometimes there are some electron-desity material in a small quantity of vacuoles. The small vacuoles in de-differentiated cells mainly derive from original central vacuoles, other small vacuoles may derive from endoplasmic reticulum and dictyosomes, but they different in formative ways each there.
