摘　　要：以华业国际中心屋顶花园的设计施工实践为例,对屋顶花园的发展、现状及特点进行了阐述,并对其项目实例的设计进行了扼要介绍。结合工程实例重点对屋顶花园建设过程中关于防水、储水、排水、结构荷载、土壤基质、植物选配以及安全防护等各关键环节做了进一步的梳理和总结。最后得出结论:屋顶花园建设中,材料甄选、合理设计、科学施工三者缺一不可。Taking the design and construction practice of the roof garden of Huaye International Apartment Center as an example, the development, status and characteristics of roof garden is elaborated, and the design of this project example is briefly introduced. The key points in the construction process, including water proofing, water storing, drainage, structural load, soil substrate, plant selection and security protection, are further reviewed and summarized. It is concluded that the material selection, reasonable design and scientific construction are all indispensible in the construction of roof garden.
