摘　　要：物流保税大厦是苏州工业园区东部综合保税区的第一座高层建筑。这座大楼以一种富含工业感的时尚气质回应了"物流"的主题,为苏州工业园区东大门增添了全新的空间形象。本文详细分析了大厦的设计概念与建造空间,以及为这座建筑赢得国家绿色建筑最高级别三星认证的技术细节。The article comments the design of Suzhou Logistics Service Office Building, which is the first building developed within the new logistics city masterplan. The tower is divided into a series of stacked glass cubes. The podium and tower appear as one combined building composition, but each area has its own distinct entry. Various applications of sustainable technical measure win the building a three-star （highest level） as the certificate of Green Building Design Label.
