摘 要:牵引传动系统是列车的核心部分,对其关键参数的实时监测对列车的安全、可靠运行起关键作用。根据牵引传动系统关键参数的测试要求,设计并完成了基于VC++和InTouch混合编程的牵引传动系统关键参数的实时监测软件。分析了实时监测系统的硬件设计结构,提出了监测软件的设计方法,在VC++和InTouch开发平台上分别实现了后端数据采集和前端数据显示功能,并通过DDE协议实现了两者之间的数据交换和协调功能。Transmission system is the core part of a train. It plays a key role in train's safe and reliable running to real-time monitor its key parameters. The real-time monitor software of traction and drive system's key parameters based on VC + + and InTouch software is designed and completed according to the requirements of the parameters. After briefly introducing the basic working principle of DDE protocol, analyze the hardware design structure of the real-time monitoring system and put forward the design methods of monitoring software, realizing the back-end data acquisition function and front-end data display function which both developed in both VC + + and InTouch environment as well as the data exchange and coordination function between the two platforms that completed via DDE protocol.
