摘　　要：病案管理是一门高度综合的实用性边缘科学,是现代医院管理的重要组成部分。在病案管理领域里运用信息技术,建立病案信息化管理服务模式,创建网络电子化病案浏览平台,更好地为广大患者和临床服务,有效提高病案率与利用价值。在病案室人员未增加的前提下,病案利用量增加显著,与2007年比较病案利用率增加了110.44%,病案复印患者与其他应用者反映良好。数字化影像病案的广泛使用,大大降低了病案原件丢失或损坏造成的不良结果,确保了病案安全。Medical records management is a highly comprehensive practical edge science and an important component of modern hospital management.We should use information technology,build informationized patterns of medical records management service and create network computerized records browsing platform.It can serve patients and clinical work better and increase utilization value of medical records effectively.In the premise of not increasing medical records＇ staff,medical records＇ utilization increased obviously.Compared to 2007,it increased by 110.44%.Patients of medical records＇ copy and other users reflected well.Using digital image records widely decreased the results of lost and damage of medical records original,which ensured medical records＇ safety.
