摘　　要：与发达国家相比,我国科技中介服务体系存在着未形成有效协作网络、服务内容差异化不明显、从业人员素质不高、国际化程度较低等诸多问题。这主要是由于中介体系的发展和完善是一个累积过程,中介体系的发展规划和政策扶持相对缺乏,经济、政治和社会等复合因素的影响等原因造成的。要缩小与发达国家的差距,可采取构建科技中介服务体系联盟网络,促进科技中介服务体系的差异化、规范化,促进中介服务行业的人才专业化建设,提升中介服务行业的开放程度,逐步完善相应法律体系等措施。Compared with developed countries,China lacks an effective collaborative network and obvious service differentiation its science and technology intermediary service system.Moreover,the qualifications of employees and the degree of internationalization are not enough.Reasons for the situation include relative lack of development planning and policy support and economic,political and social factors.To narrow the gap with developed countries,measures should be taken to construct alliance networks of intermediary system,to promote differentiation and normalization,to improve the professionalism in management personnel,to enhance industrial openness and to build up an appropriate legal system.
