肝宁方治疗肝硬化脾功能亢进30例

摘　　要：[目的]观察肝宁方治疗肝硬化脾功能亢进症疗效。[方法]将60例随机分为两组,肝宁方组(治疗组)和复方鳖甲软肝片组(对照组)。[结果]治疗组在改善中医症候、体征积分,尤对乏力、纳呆及大便不调等症状均较对照组为优(P<0.05);治疗后白细胞、血小板计数两组均有升高,治疗组差异显著(P<0.05),对照组不明显(P>0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者门静脉内径、脾静脉内径在治疗3个月后均有明显改善(P<0.05),两组间比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]肝宁方治疗肝硬化脾功能亢进症,不但可以改善患者的中医症候、体征积分,并有升高患者血小板和白细胞作用。[Objective] Ganning Decoction treatment of hepatic cirrhosis and hypersplenism herniation.[Method] 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,Ganning Decoction group（treatment group） and Fufangbiejiarangan tablet group（control group）.[Results] The traditional Chinese medicine in improving symptoms and signs of integration,especially on weakness,poor appetite,and bowel symptoms than non-stressed control group was superior（P〈0.05）;After treatment,WBC,platelet count increased in both groups,the treatment group significantly different（P〈0.05）,the control group not significant（P〈0.05）,the treatment group than the control group（PO.05）;Portal vein diameter in patients treated with splenic vein diameter after 3 months of treatment were significantly improved（P〈0.05）,between the two groups was not significant（P〉0.05）.[Conclusion] Ganning Decoction treatment of liver cirrhosis and hypersplenism disease,not only improve symptoms in patients with Chinese medicine,integral signs,and elevated the role of platelets and leukocytes.
