摘　　要：[目的]综述稳定期慢性阻塞性肺病的中医症候特点、病机变化及治疗规律。[方法]回顾性文献研究。[结果]慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期主要表现为咳嗽、咯痰和气短、气喘,病机特点为肺脾肾亏虚。[结论]补益肺脾肾是慢性阻塞性肺病的治疗根本。[Objective] Summary of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease features of TCM symptoms,pathogenesis and treatment of rule changes.[Method] literature.[Results] chronic obstructive pulmonary disease mainly manifested as cough,expectoration,and shortness of breath,asthma,lung,spleen and kidney disease characterized by deficiency machine.[Conclusion] The benefit of lung,spleen and kidney is the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at all.
