摘　　要：[目的]观察调胃降逆汤治疗胃食管反流病疗效。[方法]将72例患者随机分为治疗组50例与对照组22例,治疗组予以调胃降逆汤,对照组口服奥美拉唑和多潘立酮;两组均治疗4周后评效。[结果]治疗组疗效优于对照组。[结论]调胃降逆汤治疗胃食管反流病疗效确切。[Objective]Tiaowei Jiangni Tang treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease patients.[Method]72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 50 patients and the control group,22 cases,the treatment group received Tiaowei Jiangni Tang,the control group was treated with omeprazole and domperidone;Both groups were treated for 4 weeks after the assessment results.[Results]The efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.[Conclusion]Tiaowei Jiangni Tang is effective treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
