枳术芍甘汤治疗便秘型肠易激综合征36例

摘　　要：[目的]观察自拟枳术芍甘汤治疗便秘型肠易激综合征(IBS)疗效。[方法]将68例便秘型IBS患者,随机分为自拟方枳术芍甘汤治疗组36例和服用乳果糖口服液、莫沙必利分散片对照组32例。[结果]服药2周后对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为71.9%、91.7%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]自拟枳术芍甘汤治疗便秘型IBS具有满意的疗效。[Objective] To observe the self zhizhu Shaogan Treatment of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）,2 weeks treatment and withdrawal situation.[Method] According to the 2006 Rome Ⅲ criteria to exclude organic bowel disease,selected 68 patients with IBS with constipation were randomly divided into self zhizhu side Shaogan treatment group 36 cases and taking oral lactulose,MO Sand tablet will facilitate the control group 32 cases.[Results] After 2 weeks of taking the control group and treatment group,the total effective rate was 71.9%,91.7%,total effective rate between the two groups,the treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion] zhizhu Shaogan self constipation-IBS Treatment with satisfactory results.
