大定风方治疗阴虚风动型血管性帕金森综合征32例  

Observation of Curative Effects of Dadingfeng Formula for Treatment on 32 Patients of Yinxufengdong of Vascular Parkinsonniam

摘　　要：[目的]观察大定风方治疗阴虚风动型血管性帕金森综合征(VP)的疗效。[方法]62例阴虚风动型VP患者随机分为大定风方联合美多芭治疗组32例和单独服用美多芭对照组30例;治疗组给予大定风方汤剂并美多芭治疗,分别在治疗前和治疗后90d对两组患者进行Webster评分及美多芭用量统计。[结果]两组治疗后Webster评分比治疗前显著降低(均P<0.01);治疗组治疗后Webster评分显著低于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗前后Webster评分差值(3.62±1.15)显著大于对照组(3.09±1.21)(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率(90.6%)显著高于对照组(70.0%)(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后美多芭用量较治疗前及对照组明显减少(均P<0.01);对照组治疗前后美多芭用量比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]中药汤剂大定风方治疗阴虚风动型VP有显著疗效,并且可以减少美多芭的用量。[Objective] To observe the curative effects of dadingfeng formula for treartment yinxufengdong of vascular parkinsonism（VP）.[Methods] 62 VP patients were randomly divided into dadingfeng formula comined with madopar therapy group,（32 cases） and control group（30 cases）.They were all treated with Madopar in the two groups,and the patients in therapy group were received dadingfeng formula therapy otherwise,twice a day for 90 day.The Webster Parkinson scale was detected and the dosage of Madopar was counted separately at before and 90 day after treatment.[Results] The scores of Webster Parkinson scale after treartment in the two groups were significantly lower than pretherapy（all P〈0.01）.The score of Webster Parkinson scale after treatment in therapy group was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The contrast differences of scores of Webster Parkinson scale between pretherapy and post-treatment in dadingfeng formula group（3.62±1.15） were obviously larger than that in the control group（3.09±1.21）（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of dadingfeng formula group（90.6%） was significantly higher than the control group（70.7%）（P〈0.05）.The dosage of Medopar at post-treatment in dadingfeng formula group was obviously less than that at pretherapy and in control group（all P〈0.01）.Medopar dosage at before and after treatment in the control grouphad no significant difference.[Conclusion] Dadingfeng formula has obvious effects on the patients with yinxufengdong of VP,and can reduce the therapeutic dose of Madopar.
