摘　　要：[目的]观察中医药治疗病毒性角膜炎的疗效。[方法]将120只眼病毒性角膜炎分为2组。治疗组70只眼,予灭毒汤口服治疗,病愈后予补中益气汤口服以巩固疗效;对照组50只眼,予阿昔洛韦注射液静脉点滴及口服治疗。[结果]总有效率治疗组(91.43%)明显好于对照组(84.00%)(P<0.01)。[结论]灭毒汤治疗病毒性角膜炎疗效较好,病愈后的巩固治疗可减少本病复发。[Objective]To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of viral keratitis.[Methods]The diagnosis of viral keratitis 120 eye divided into two groups： treatment group in 70 eye,to destroy toxic soup oral therapy and recover after to fill in Yiqi tang orally to consolidate curative effect,the control group of 50 eye,grant o acyclovir wei injection vein bit and oral treatment.[Results]The total effective rate in treatment group sensitivities,the comparison group total effectiveness 84%.[Conclusion]Destroy toxic decoction viral keratitis curative effect is good,recover after the consolidation of treatment can reduce the disease recurrence.
