消痤汤治疗痤疮及对白介素-6的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察消痤汤治疗痤疮的临床疗效及对血清白介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。[方法]使用消痤汤治疗痤疮,观察治疗组、对照组及正常组血清IL-6水平,对比治疗前后的临床疗效及IL-6水平。[结果]痤疮患者血清中IL-6水平明显高于健康人。消痤汤治疗痤疮疗效确切,并可降低血清IL-6水平。[Objective] To explore IL-6 of acne vulgaris and the clinical efficacy of Xiaocuo Decoction of acne vulgaris and the impact on IL-6.[Methods] To investigate IL-6 of acne vulgaris patient and the health.To contrast the clinical efficacy and IL-6 level before and after treatment in experimental and control group.[Results] IL-6 of acne vulgaris were significantly higher than that of normal.Xiaocuo Decoction had definite clinical efficacy in treating acne vulgaris,and could lower IL-6.
