摘　　要：河南省淮滨县住房和城乡建设局党委以改善民生、推动县域经济发展为目标,内抓管理,外树形象,大胆实践,扎实工作,带领住房和城乡建设系统700多名干部职工,不断推进城乡建设,谱写了一曲建设美好家园的壮丽诗篇。一、牢记党的使命,增强加快城乡建设的责任感、Taking the improvement of people's livelihood and economic development for its goals,the Communist Party committee of the Bureau of Housing and Urban-rural Development in Huanbin county has been focused on internal management,external image building,bold practices and solid work.Leading over 700 cadres and staff in the housing and urban-rural construction system towards boosting construction of towns and villages,it has composed a magnificent poetry of building wonderful homes.
