摘　　要：目的:评价针刺治疗不安腿综合征的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索EMbase、MEDLINE、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库,检索时间截止至2010年8月。同时手工检索天津中医药大学图书馆相关会议论文集及过期刊物。纳入所有针刺治疗不安腿综合征的随机和半随机对照试验。各评价者独立提取文献并进行研究质量评价。采用RevMan4.2.10软件进行统计学分析及失安全数分析;用漏斗图分析发表性偏倚。结果:纳入8篇随机对照试验,均为低质量研究。Meta分析,有效率:针刺组优于西药组(OR=13.87,95%CI[8.03,23.96])。失安全数分析显示评价结果较为稳定;漏斗图图形不对称,考虑存在发表性偏倚。结论:针刺治疗不安腿综合征具有一定疗效,但尚需开展大样本、高质量的随机双盲对照试验来进一步证实。Objective：To assess the therapeutic effect of acupuncture for restless legs syndrome.Methods：The paper searched EMbase,MEDLINE,CNKI CBM,WANFANG,VIP,Database,and handsearched relevant journals and conference proceedings.It included all randomized controlled trials（RCTs）and quasi-RCTs of acupuncture treatment for patients with restless legs syndrome.Datawere extracted and evaluated by two reviewers independently with a specially designed extraction form.The Cochrane Collaboration＇s RevMan4.2.10 software was used for data analysis.At the same time,we do Fail-safe number analysis and use Funnel plot for the possible existence of publication bias.Results：A total of 8 trials involving 581 patients were included.Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group： Acupuncture group versus western medicine group（OR=13.87,95%CI [8.03,23.96]）.Fail-safe number analysis revealed a relatively stable result.Funnelplot is asymmetrica,which showed the possible existence of publication bias.Conclusion：Acupuncture is better,but further large-scale trials are required to define the role of acupuncture in the treatment of restless legs syndrome.
