电针四神聪穴治疗失眠疗效及脑电地形图观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针四神聪穴对失眠症患者脑电地形图变化的影响。方法:将60例失眠症患者随机分成治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组采用电针四神聪穴治疗,对照组采用口服甜梦胶囊治疗,15天为1个疗程,观察脑电地形图的变化及临床疗效。结果:两组患者经过1个疗程的治疗后,脑电地形图及睡眠情况均有不同程度改善,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针刺四神聪穴不仅能够改善脑电地形图而且明显改善睡眠质量。Objective：To study the effect of alteration of insomniacs＇ BEAM（Brain Electrical Activity Mapping） by way of electricing acupuncture on Sishencong.Methods：Sixty cases were divided into 2 groups at random,30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group.The treatment group was treated by way of electro-acupuncture at Sishencong point,and the control group took orally Tianmeng capsule for 15 days（1 course of treatment）.Results：The 2 groups conditions are improved inordinately in aspects of BEAM and somnus.But the treatment group is superior to control group obviously and there is a statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：BEAM and quality of somnus is evident improved by way of electro-acupuncture at Sishencong point.
