耳穴贴压结合体针治疗肱骨外上髁炎

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴贴压结合体针治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效。方法:将80例肱骨外上髁炎的患者随机分为试验组和对照组各40例,试验组采用耳穴贴压结合体针治疗,对照组单纯采用体针治疗,观察两组治疗前后疗效。结果:两组患者的MEPS评分与治疗前相比均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。观察组优良率40.0%,对照组优良率15.0%,两组优良率比较差异均有显著意义(P<0.01),观察组疗效优于对照组。急性期患者中观察组优良率37.5%,对照组优良率15.0%,两组优良率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而观慢性期患者中观察组优良率2.5%,对照组优良率0%,两者比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用耳穴贴压结合体针治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效优于单纯采用体针治疗,且急性期疗效优于慢性期。Objective：To observe therapeutic effect of auricular plaster therapy combined with body acupuncture on external humeral epicondylitis.Methods：Eighty cases were randomly divided into observation group（n=40） and control group（n=40）.The observation group was treated with auricular plaster therapy combined with body acupuncture,and the control group was treated with body acupuncture to observe the curative effect of the two groups.Results：The two groups have a significant difference in MEPS mark after treatment（P0.01）.The fineness rate was 40% in observation group,and 10% in control group,with the significant difference between the two groups（P0.01）.The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group.The fineness rate was 37.5% in acute phase of observation group,and 15% in control group,with the significant difference between the two group（P0.05）.The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group.The fineness rate was 2.5% in acute phase of observation group,and 0% in control group,with no difference between the two group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of external humeral epicondylitis by auricular plaster therapy combined with body acupuncture is much better than by body acupuncture,especially in acute phase.
