摘　　要：中共第三代领导集体的民族发展观是由一系列有关民族发展的基本观点构成的观念体系。它是马克思主义民族发展观与中国民族发展实践相结合的产物,是对毛泽东、邓小平民族发展观的继承和发展。它作为当代中国马克思主义的民族发展观,是我党新时期民族政策的理论前提和思想基础,是新时期我国少数民族和民族地区发展的指导思想。深入学习和研究中共第三代领导集体的民族发展观,对于认识和解决当代中国的民族问题,丰富和发展新时期党的民族理论,以及民族地区切实贯彻和落实科学发展观,均具有重要意义。The outlook tor ethnic minority development advocated by the third generation of central collective leadership of CPC is a thought system composed of a series of basic ideas concerning ethnic minority development. It inherits and develops Mao Zedong＇ s and Deng Xiaoping＇ s idea about ethnic minority development. It is not only the theoretical prerequisite and thought basis of ethnic minority policies in the new era but also the guiding principle for the development of ethnic minority groups and areas. To learn and study the outlook of ethnic minority development deeply is of great significance for understanding and solving contemporary ethnic minority problems, enriching and developing our party＇ s ethnic theories in the new era, and implementing and carrying out the scientific development outlook in ethnic minority areas.
