甜瓜中间砧对嫁接黄瓜生长和果实品质的影响

摘　　要：【目的】探讨甜瓜中间砧对日光温室黄瓜生长和果实品质的影响。【方法】以‘中农14’黄瓜为接穗,‘伊丽莎白’甜瓜为中间砧,根砧为‘砧优美’白籽南瓜,研究甜瓜中间砧嫁接、普通嫁接和自根黄瓜的植株生长势、伤流液成分及黄瓜果实品质差异。【结果】甜瓜中间砧嫁接黄瓜生长势比自根黄瓜生长势强,与黄瓜/南瓜嫁接相比差异不明显;果实中的可溶性糖、可溶性固形物、VC含量显著高于黄瓜/南瓜嫁接,而可滴定酸含量显著低于黄瓜/南瓜嫁接;保留2片甜瓜真叶的中间砧对黄瓜品质的影响效果更佳,并可显著提高可溶性蛋白和干物质含量。【结论】甜瓜中间砧嫁接既可保持普通嫁接的强生长势,又可显著改善黄瓜果实品质。[Objective] An experiment was conducted to investigate the effect quality of greenhouse cucumber fruits. [Method] Comparisons were made on the of melon interstock on the plant growth and plant growth, bleeding sap and fruits quality among the self-rooted cucumber, the traditional grafted cucumber and the grafted cucumber with interstock of ＇Elizabeth＇ melon, which the scions were ＇Zhongnong No.14＇ and the rootstocks were ＇Zhenyoumei＇ pumpkin. [Result] Grafted cucumber with melon interstock grew better than self-rooted cucumber, and no significant difference was observed in comparison with traditional grafted ones. The contents of soluble sugar, soluble solids and Vc in the interstock grafting were significantly higher than those in traditional grafted treatment, whereas the fit＇ratable acid content was obviously lower. Keeping two true leaves of the interstock of melon significantly increased the contents of soluble proteins and dry matter. [Conclusion] Grafting with melon interstock significantly imoroved the auality of cucumber fruits as well as better growth.
