摘  要:操控器作为1种人机接口设备被广泛应用于自动搬运系统、水压控制、机械运动控制等系统中。传统操控器的设计均采用模拟输出接口,随着计算机技术的发展,开发多种接口类型势在必行。CAN口操控器采用C8051F041作为核心芯片,将预处理后的传感器输出的模拟电压信号和两路开关信号通过CAN端口输出,并由CAN收发器TJA1050发送输出去。该操控器可直接与CAN接口设备相连,完成对目标的定位和跟踪,经过试验验证与试用证明其稳定可靠,满足研制要求。As a kind of man-machine interface equipment,operator contrals have been widely applied in automated conveyor systems,hydraulic controls,motion controls.Traditional control device design adopts analog output interface,with the development of computer technology,develop various interface is imperative.The CAN interface control device using C8051F041 as core chip device.After the pretreatment of simulation voltage signal and switch signals through thecan interface output.C8051F041 processing after pretreatment voltage signal and the signal switch,then Through the CAN transceiver send out.This control device can be directly and can interface device connected,finish on the target tracking,positioning,After verification test and trial to prove its developed stable and reliable,and meet the requirements.
