摘 要:大型公共建筑是当前我国建筑节能工作的重点,空调系统的能耗高是造成大型公建能耗巨大的主要原因,自动控制是实现空调系统节能运行和工况保证的重要途径。本文通过国内外大量现场调研和测试,分析了我国和美国大型公建空调系统自动控制在实际运行中所存在的严重问题。从BA技术发展和空调系统自动控制功能需求的角度,对现有空调系统网络监控系统提出了质疑。系统地分析了空调系统该类非线性系统的智能控制理论研究进展。分析了空调风系统变参数节能控制方法及多环路间解耦控制的研究进展。分析了空调水系统变参数节能控制方法的研究进展,根据实际运行监测结果,对现有的以最不利水利环路为基础的控制方法提出了质疑,提出了空调水系统最不利热力环路的概念及基于该概念的空调水系统节能控制需要解决的关键问题。系统节能和工况保证是当前大型公建空调系统自动控制需要实现的两个基本功能。研究大型公建室内热环境空气调节系统智能控制理论和节能控制方法、开发网络化监控关键技术,对促进建筑技术和暖通空调学科的发展具有重要学术价值,对营造舒适、健康、低能耗、低排放的大型公共建筑室内热环境,推动我国大型公共建筑节能减排事业的发展,具有重要的现实和社会发展意义。As one of most important study object in build energy efficiency field in China,large scale building generally consumes great energy due to its high energy consumption of air-conditioning system.The automatic control is intended to be an effective and important way to achieve both low energy operation and user requirement.This paper firstly analyzes several serious problems in practical operation of air-conditioning automatic systems in large scale buildings by means of lots of field investigations and measurements,presents several issues on network monitoring and control systems in built air-conditioning systems based on the aspects of BA technology and control function demanding,systematically analyzes research progress on intelligent control theory applying on air-conditioning system or that kind of nonlinear systems,analyzes research progress on variable parameter control strategy and multi-loop decoupling control strategy of air system in air-conditioning system,analyzes research progress on variable parameter control strategy in water system in air-conditioning system,presents several issues on existed water system control strategy based on worst hydraulic loop according to practical operation monitoring results,presents the conception of worst thermodynamic loop and a series of critical control issues based on this conception.According to the basic functions including energy efficiency and user requirement,based on the progress statement and issue analysis,this paper finally points out that investigation of intelligent control theory and method of air-conditioning system for large scale building have great significances on developing a comfort,healthy,low energy consumption and emission building thermal environment and promoting the development of energy efficiency career on large scale building in China.
