骨质瓷无铅生料哑光釉的研究

摘　　要：成功研制了一种适合于骨质瓷用的生料哑光釉,其原料组成中不含有铅、镉等有害重金属元素。对无铅生料哑光釉形成及其耐蚀机理进行了研究,从辅助原料、脊性原料以及形成哑光釉构成成分出发,采用"经验计算调整法"确定瓷釉的化学组成,研制出适合于骨质瓷用的生料哑光釉。A raw matte glaze has been successfully studied for bone china. In raw material composition does not include any lead and cadmium and so on harmful heavy metal element.The mechanism of formed, the acid-resistant and alkali-resistant to the lead-free raw matte glaze was discussed. And from matte glaze component, ridge of raw materials and auxiliary materials, using experience calculate the adjustment method to determine the chemical composition of enamel~ A raw matte glaze for bone china was developed.
