摘 要:通信系统中功率放大器(PA)的效率和线性度影响着整个系统的性能,而Doherty技术是提高效率的一种有效方式,但在提高效率的同时,它的线性度也会变差。数字预失真(DPD)是一种最具有前景的线性化技术,近年来各种模型被不断提出。通过在一种合适阶数、记忆深度的记忆多项式DPD中采用新的RLS与LMS混合算法,实现Doherty功放(DPA)快速、高效的线性化。仿真结果表明所提算法能够快速收敛,对系统的非线性和记忆效应有明显改善。The power amplifier's efficiency and linearity of communication system affect the performance of the whole system and Doherty technology is an effective way to improve efficiency, but its linearity deteriorates while its increasing the efficiency.Digital predistortion is the most promising linearization technology and all sorts of models are put forward in the past few years.Combined the proper order and memory depth of memory polynomial DPD, a hybrid algorithm of LMS and RLS can realize rapid and efficient linearization of Doherty power amplifier.Simulation result demonstrates that the algorithm mentioned has fast convergence and significantly improves the nonlinearity and memory effect of the system.
