摘　　要：分析了某油田在商检过程中发现的油管内螺纹表面镀锌层锈蚀脱落问题,认为该批油管螺纹接头存在质量隐患。对该批油管取样,按照API RP 5C5标准规定进行上、卸扣试验,发现存在粘扣问题。对引起油管粘扣的诸因素进行了分析,找到了油管粘扣的原因。为用好该批油管,从上扣扭矩、对扣方式和引扣要求等方面提出了具体的使用要求。A visual analysis on corrosion and desquamation of the zincification layer on tubing box threads is given,considering that there was hidden quality defect in the tubing.It is found that there was galling problem on the tubing per carrying out make-up and break out test in accordance with API RP 5C5.The galling cause of the tubing was known per analysis the factors which were related to the galling.In order to use these tubing normally,it was suggested that make-up torque should be proper,stab tool should be used,and strap wrench for leading thread engagement should be done.
