摘 要:煤层气欠平衡钻井周期短,井口压力低,采用常规油气钻井用旋转控制头会造成成本高、不易搬迁运输以及与小型煤层气钻机不配套等问题。结合煤层气钻井特点,设计了一种用于煤层气欠平衡钻井的低压小型旋转控制头。分析了轴承配置应满足的要求,对旋转动密封、旋转壳体、壳体本体和冷却润滑系统等主要零部件进行了结构设计并制造了样机。依据旋转控制头的性能标准对样机进行了台架试验,结果表明所设计的旋转控制头能够较好地满足煤层气钻井的要求。Due to the short drilling period and low wellhead pressure of coalbed methane underbalanced drilling,there exists problems such as high cost,less movability and transportation and unsuitable small-size coalbed methane rig by using conventional rotating control head which is employed in oil and gas drilling.For this reason,combining the characteristic of coalbed methane drilling,a mini-type low-voltage rotating control head has been designed to be used in coalbed methane underbalanced drilling,and the bearings are analyzed.The rotary dynamic seal,rotaryshell,shell body and cooling lubricating system have been made structure design.The prototype has also been developed and bench experiment on it has been made according to performance criterion of rotating control head.The experiment shows that rotating control head designed can better fulfill the requirement of coalbed methane underbalanced drilling.
