摘　　要：为在作业井深大于连续油管滚筒容量时可以方便、快速地更换滚筒,不间断作业,提高作业效率,同时方便地和撬装支架连接并组成撬装设备,完成车辆无法到达的井口进行作业,设计了可更换速装滚筒。主要论述了该滚筒的结构及相关计算。Compared to other similar operations,snubbing is the biggest advantage of coiled tubing.So coiled Tubing has broad prospects for development.In order to achieve the replacement of drum quickly and easily,the uninterrupted operations was achieved,operational efficiency was improved as the operating depth is greater than drum capacity of the Coiled Tubing,meanwhile also for connecting the skid mounted bracket easily,forming the skid mounted equipment and achieving the working as vehicles can not reach the wellhead,the sets of replaced drums were designed.The design structure and the related calculations of the replaced drums are studied.
