摘　　要：分析了现场将ZJ70D电动钻机配套的底特律柴油发电机组更换为CAT3512B机组的过程中出现的问题,通过电路分析,提出了解决措施,总结出交流控制系统的控制原理和常用调整方法。Diesel generator sets are the important parts of drilling equipments in the oil field,and are the power resource of the electric driving drilling rig.Based on theory analysis,problems were found in the process of replacing Detroit generator sets with CAT3512B generator sets equipped with ZJ70D drilling rig,solve measures were introduced,and the control principle was summarized and adjusting method commonly was used.
